Improving the Speed of Residential Proxy Requests

The request for a Residential Proxy is taking too long (more than 3 seconds). Is there any way to make it faster? For reference, the region is set to Korea.

I did not receive nothing on e-mail after the purchase, and I wrote an e-mail to you regarding the problem, but no one has been writing back for several hours. Where can I find online support? I found contact only via email

No proxy working w/barchart.com

Ordered 1000 proxies for a nice price for scraping number of financial webs. But barchart.com did not work with any of the proxies (not the single one). Always returned timeout. Chat support guy confirmed that and I had to cancel the whole subscription since there was no way to get working proxy for barchart.com from you. Access to other webs worked fine.
